Dr. Mohammed Loay

Dr Mohammed Loay is an experienced Family Physician and passionate medical educator. He graduated in 2012, completed specialist training and a Master’s degree in General Practice and Family Medicine in Egypt, and later moved to Australia, where he has worked in rural and regional Victoria before settling in the Adelaide Hills with his family. Dr Loay has extensive teaching experience as a lecturer in General Practice for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Egypt and at Monash Medical School in Victoria. He is also the founder of CKT Training, which he established 10 years ago and through which he has trained more than 1,000 trainees. In addition, he serves as an examiner and assessor, supporting the professional development and progression of medical graduates and doctors in training. Clinically, Dr Loay’s interests include Geriatric Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, Skin Cancer Medicine, Men’s Health, and Family Health. He holds a Diploma of Skin Cancer Medicine, is undertaking a Diploma in Geriatric Medicine, and has advanced training in chronic disease care, skin procedures, Implanon insertions/removals, and mental health care.
